Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles got married on Friday in New York. People magazine confirmed this by using information from a friend of the couple. The source said that Jay desired the event to be private with close friends and family present. The couples representatives would not comment. The wedding was followed by a party at Jays TriBeCa apartment. Party guets included Tina Knowles and Mathew Knowles (Beyonces parents), Solange Knowles, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams and Gwyneth Paltrow.
